Anita is a Realtor ® in Laguna Beach CA. She has been working in Real Estate one way or another since she was 16. She brings 20+ years of diverse international experience in Interior Design and Luxury Sales to her Real Estate practice. After years of being in the field, she achieves results with her “leave no stone unturned” philosophy.  She has an excellent sense about how spaces work and truly listens to her clients.  

With each client, new or repeat, she provides an impeccable level of service with a cohesive, professional, yet relaxed style. 

Education:  Bachelor's Degree,  Interior Architecture And Design, CIDA,  Colorado State University

Professional Accomplishments:

• Founder of a Design consultancy specializing in Luxury Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects, such as Charlie Bird. All clients were from word-of-mouth referrals.

• Produced acclaimed designs as in-house Designer at Pierre-Yves ROCHON in France and Holly Hunt in the US.

• Senior team lead for multiple design teams on international projects:  Four Seasons Hotel Park Lane, London, and the recently opened Park Hyatt Hotel in Doha, Qatar.

• Former Director of Merchandising for Donghia in New York City and Director of Sales and Principal at Maxine Snider, Inc. in Chicago.

• Partnered with a boutique Real Estate Development firm as the in-house designer on Historically significant renovations in the Hamilton Heights neighborhood of Harlem.

Outside of her professional practice, Anita’s interests include wellness practices such as Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Feng Shui, and Space Clearing. She also owns a charming Airbnb bungalow.  A native of "Chicagoland"-- born and raised, she is a recent transplant via the Big Apple.  Anita now serves Coastal Orange County with a fresh perspective. While she misses New York pizza and Central Park, she is grateful to now call Laguna Beach home.  She and her husband are  members of the Laguna Art Museum and regularly donate to Muttville, the Senior Dog Rescue, and Pacific Mammal Marine Center. They love to travel internationally, especially to off-the-beaten-path locales.
